  • Dearness Allowance as on 31.12.2015 (125%) 1.25
  • Total (Basic Pay + DA): 2.25
  • 7th CPC recommended to increase 14.29 percent on above Total (Basic Pay + DA): 0.32
  • Fitment Factor: 2.57
