Big Diwali Bonanza for CG employees and Pensioners – Centre Announces 5% Additional DA from 1st July 2019

Today the Central Government announces for more than one crore Central Government employees and pensioners festival gist as 5% DA increase from July 2019

Cabinet Approval on DA

The Union Cabinet Chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today approved to release an additional instalment of Dearness Allowance (DA) to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief (DR) to pensioners w.e.f. 01.07.2019 representing an increase of 5% over the existing rate of 12% of the Basic pay/Pension, to compensate for price rise. This increase is in accordance with the accepted formula, which is based on the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission.

Revised Pay Scale from 1.7.2017 for Karnataka Govt Employees Check Your Revised Pension / Family Pension as on 1.7.2017 REVISED SCALES OF PAY:  The existing scales of pay are revised as specified below:-  DATE OF EFFECT: The revised scales of pay shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st July 2017. The monetary benefit of the revised scales of pay shall be admissible from 1st April 2018.
