should collect undertaking / option from Central government employee
including bankers up to 32-07-2019 whether they want increased retirement age
for 2 years I. E from 60 to 62 for increasing their life expectancy and
better use of their skilled labour force for announcing this result on
15-08-2019 for increasing retirement age

Sir,
I am working on a 2400 go job and after one increment my basic pay is 26300. I have completed 14 months on this job my queries are :- 1. I am going to be selected on 1900 gp job so if I leave this job(2400 gp job) & join the new one (1900 gp job) then what will be my new basic sailary ? 2. For getting pay fixation will I need to complete my probation in my present job ? 3. I have intimated my present office about the new vacancy before taking exam and now the recruitment process is ongoing and may be it will take 6 months for final result at that what should I do for getting technical resignation and after that for pay fixation in new job ? 4. Will there be any problem in getting technical resignation for a lower grade pay job ?

father was posted in 5 FOD Bengdubi, Siliguri Distt. Darjeeling, West Bengal.
He retired in 31/8/2005, after two months of retirement he passed away in
5/10/2005. After his passing we moved to Kanpur from Siliguri.

I have
transferred my mother’s pension account in SBI DMSRDE Kanpur. We were getting
pension according to 6th pay commission, but the problem started when 7th pay
commission came in effect from 1st January 2016. I believed that our family
pension will be automatically revised as soon as the order will come in
effect, but it has been not done. I have written several letters to 5 FOD but
did not got any reply from there. Sir if you could please guide me in this
matter, I will be highly obliged

While
glancing at the pay matrix for defense services, I noticed that the starting
pay calculation of pay matrix level 10B and also level 11 as per 7th Central
pay Commission seems to be wrong.
2. Sir, the
salary of an officer gets fixed in this scale (level 10B i.e. Grade pay
corresponding to Rs. 6100/- as per 6th Central Pay Commission) after 2 years
of regular service in pay level 10 which basically means he gets 2 annual
increments and one notional increment accrued due to his promotion.
3. In level
10, The minimum pay has been reached by the calculation as under: –
a) Starting pay as per 6th CPC = Rs. 21,000/- (Rs. 15,600/- + GP Rs. 5,400/-) b) Multiplying factor: – 2.67 c) Minimum Pay in level 10 = Rs. 56,100/- (Rs. 21,000 x 2.67 = Rs. 56,070/- rounded off to nearest 100)
4. On similar
terms, the minimum pay in level 10B should have been reached by the
calculation as under: –
a) Starting Pay in level 10 as per old scale = Rs. 21,000.00 b) Basic Pay after 1st Annual Increment = Rs. 21,630.00 (i.e. Rs. 21,000 + 3%) c) Basic Pay after 2nd Annual Increment = Rs. 22,280.00 (I.e. Rs. 21,630 + 3%) d) Basic Pay after notional increment on account of promotion = Rs. 22,950.00 (i.e. Rs. 22,280.00 + 3%) e) Difference in Grade Pay (GP) of level 10B & level 10 = Rs. 700.00 (Rs. 6100 – Rs. 5400) f) Pay after adding the difference of GP = Rs. 23,650.00 (Rs. 22,950 + Rs.700) g) Multiplying factor: – 2.67 h) Actual minimum Pay in level 10B should be = Rs. 23,650 x 2.67 = Rs. 63,145.50 rounded off to nearest 100 i.e. Rs. 63,100.00 i) Pay as per table given by Pay Commission = Rs. 61276.5 (Rs. 22,950 X 2.67) rounded off to nearest 100 i.e. Rs. 61,300.00
5. From the
table above, it seems that while fixing the pay in level 10B, erroneously the
difference of Grade Pay of Rs. 700/- has not been considered / added.
6. The same
is with pay level 11 which is granted to officers after 6 years of continuous
service. The minimum pay in pay matrix level 11 should have been Rs. 74,600/-
and not Rs. 69,400/- as shown in the table.
I, therefore,
request you to kindly depute one senior accounts officer to look into the
matter and resolve the issue for the benefit of defense personnel who are
presently drawing pay in pay matrix level 10B and are getting less pay due to
erroneous calculation.

I am Shivendra Singh, Senior Librarian, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna. I joined AIIMS Patna on 28 February 2018 on Deputation Basis on the Pay Matrix 11. And I opted the pay in the scale of pay of deputation post. That is the Pay Matrix 11 as per the 7th Pay Commission. What will be my basic pay in the current Deputation Post be fixed on the joining date on 28th February 2018? Please guide me. I deputed from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Punjab State Govt. Autonomous University. I served there as Assistant University Librarian and the Pay is not revised in the Punjab Government till date. I am submitting here my pay/salary details as per my parent organisation Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Punjab State Govt. Autonomous University. 1. Existing Pay Scale as per Punjab Govt (Not revised) 15600-39100+5700 GP Basic Pay 2. 01-11-2015 23760+5700= 29460 3. 01-11-2016 24650+5700=30350 4. 01-11-2017 25560+5700=31260 5. Date of Next Annual Increment : 01-11/2018 What will be my basic pay in the current Deputation Post be fixed on the joining date on 28th February 2018? And what will be my next increment date? Please guide me.

If you said
in level 2 as Rs.26,000/- you may be from level 1 i.e. 1900 to 2000 so your
increment on 1/7/19 as Rs.26,800/-. If you have not got any promotion from 10
years your MACP from 6/2/19 as advance increment as Rs.26,800/- (in level 2),
no increment on 1/7/19 and next increment in level 3 as Rs.27,600/- on
1/7/1920.

You give your
opinion from the MACP upgradrations from 8/7/2019 as on your basic pay will
be ₹ 36,400/- of advance increment and no increment on 1/7/2020. Your next
increment of ₹ 37,500/- from 1/7/2021 as in matrix level 5.

from 22/11/2017 (notionally) and financial benefit will be given wef –
30/06/2018, in between i completed 10 years of service in level-4 and got
macp wef – 01/04/2018 and placed in level – 5 wef – 01/04/2018 , sir please
comment how fixation will be done and which option shall individual choose
and what will be the BP. Which is beneficial to him.

This is to
informing that the rule 50% in basic pay of pension is from 1/1/2006. Further
informing you that as per the latest orders of dated 4/1/2019 you are
eligible Grade Pay increased as ₹ 4200 to 4600 i.e. you are eligible for 50%
of 400/- of ₹ 200/- plus D.R. as applicable from time to time of 1/1/2006 to
31/12/15 & 1/1/2016 you are eligible in 7th ÇPC as Matrix Level 7 so you
get arrears for it upto your settlement. So you contact your ex-employer or
give a compliment to https://www.cpao.gov.in.
