Pension of
bank retirees be updated without further delay which has not been updated
since inception when pension funds corpus is about Rs.2.50 Lac crores and
even Interest amount is not disbursed as pensions I. E. Only 4000 crores only
means pension Or family pension can be increased 2 or 3 times from their
contributed funds. Govt should come forward to do this as the IBA and bank
unions are not capable to retain their position. Pl do the needful

I retired
from Ministry of Rural Development,New Delhi on 31.10.2004. I was drawing pay
8900/- as SO in the scale of 6500-10500 (5th cpc) My pension wa s fixed
6497/- including commutation value. In 6th cpc my pension was fixed 9790/-.
After the SC judgement the DO PT issued orders in 2015 raising pension 50% of
the new scale under 4.2 para. In my case no revision was done. In 7th cpc my
pension was raised to 25125/- ( 9790x 2.57) After the orders of dopt in 2016
where the concordance table was show the basic pay in each CPC. My pay
against 8900/- in 4th cpc was 20760/- in 5th CPC. The 50% of this is 10360/-
After this OM the Ministry has revised my pension from 25125/- to 26800/- but
not revised my pension in 6th cpc from 9790/- to 10360/- When I requested to
the Ministry. They informed that under DOPT orders 12.5.17 no arrears is admissible
as notional pension. I requested to the Ministry to revise my basic pension
but they have treated as notional pension I request I may be informed whether
I am en titled for revision of pension in 6th cpc

MACP Scheme
started from 1/9/2008, you retired on 31/8/2008 the question does not arise.
Moreover ACP Scheme started from 9/99 those who are not got any promotions
between 12 years, you got Promotion 1/8/97 so you are not eligible.

Sir I was
retired on 31.8.2008 from the post of section officer from the office of the
Accountant General M. P. Gwalior. I was promoted to this post0n 1. 8 1997 and
I was not given any ACP benefits. Though The MACP notification was made on
28. 8.2008.but implemented w. e. f. 1.09.2008.sir I was completed 10 years on
1.8.2007. As per discussion recently was taken in JCM for the official who
were drawing less than their juniors due to the benefits of the MACP will be
given to equal to their junior. May I be given the benefits of the MACP from
1.8.2007 so I can get the benefits to equal to my junior.

This is to
inform you that you have mentioned basic pay plus Dearness Relief. It will be
given to up to your husband’s age of 67 years, after his 68th year you will
get 60% of is basic pay only plus D.R. for it. Not full pension as 60%.
including D.R. (it will less from 68th age of your husband)

Sir, My
Husband was a Naib Subeder, Group – Y, QS – 24 Years. As per Circular 430 His
Pension was fixed 9382.00 w.e.f. 1.7.2009 But as a family pensioner, I had
getting 4998.00 from 1.7.2009 to 23.9.2012 But as per 6th CPC circular Family
Pensioner will get 60% from the Original Pensioner’s basic pension.
Accordingly I must receive 5630.00 from 1.7.2009 instead of 4998.00. So how
it is solved please guide me.

No change in
pay fixation upto 31/12/2025, you are now in Matrix Level 7 (GP 4600). Your
designation changes higher, Since you have not mentioned your basic pay it
cannot mention your pay as 12/6/2019.

Sir , on 1 –
1 – 2016 I got my macp with one increment and I was fixed in 4600/- grade pay
but on 15 – 3 – 2019 I got my regular promotion in DPC and now my grade pay
is 4800 /-
So please let me know what will be my basic pay as on today 12 – 6 – 2019 |

Now your
father has completed 67 years, so the family pension was reduced as 60% of
his pension as Rs.430/-until your mother’s life time.

No pay scales
for UDC or any other promotional posts (no monitory benefits) only if MACP on
completion of 10 years without any promotion they get matrix level changes
higher & getting pay fixations as monitory benefits.

MACP is
upgradation of basic pay on completion of 10 year & it will be give on
11th year as next matrix table. In the middle if you get promotion there will
be no pay fixation only your designation changes higher (no monitory
benefits). If it is MACP promotion you get it from that date (on completion
of 10th year) not from increment date.

As per your
father’s attaining the age 68 the family pension is eligible 60% of his
pension or minimum of Rs.9000/-plus D.R. upto your mother”s life time period
she will get the amount until next pay commission.

father expired on 4th cpc 7aug. 1986 with post line man from ujvnl. My mother
family pension fixed 9August 1986to 8August 1993 rs 716 and there after rs430
then how to calculate family pension up to current date. Plz help me thanks.

मेरी पेंशन 12600 फिक्स की गई हैं आप के बताए गए फार्मूला से 1300 रुपए बेसिक पेंशन बनती हैं
28/02/2002 में वलेंटयर पेंशन आया था
उस समय मेरी बेसिक पे 4220 रुपये थी 6pay comition 3775 रुपये फिक्स हुए थी जा की मेरी बेसिक4200रुपये बनती थी मेहरबानी करके मुझे मेरी सही बेसिक पेंशन बताये धन्यवाद जवाब जरूर देना

Since you
have opt MACP from your joining date in level 2 (GP 1900) basic pay as
Rs.27,600/- (you will not get increment on 1/7/18) & your next increment
as on 1/7/19 as Rs,28,400/- in level 3 )GP 2000).

LAs per your
last basic pay the Pension from 1/1/2016 as ₹ 16,450/- plus if you have
attained age after from 80 as 20% extra, if 85 age 30%, if 90 age 40%, 95 age
50%, 100 age 100% with applicable dearness relief as time to time upto your
life time. After your life time family pension will be ₹ 9,870/- it will be
given to your spouse/dependent as per the rules. In 6th CPC you will be in GP
of 2800 & in 7th CPC Matrix level 5.

pharmaceutical PSUs & change the pricing policy to competes with private
companies… Change logo of better drugs for more people at lower price &
allow all central & state hospitals to purchase medicine’s from gov.PSUs’
only…make it compulsory so that all the gov companies will survive…

Sir why state
government adopt our pay commission why can’t they set up their own pay
commissions?
Whenever a
pay commission suggest a higher pay state government oppose it sighting it
will cause the huge financial burden.
As a central government employees we are denied what we are truly eligible for. State and central are two separate services and we deserve a better pay. It is time for us to wake up and ask them to appoint their own commission and stop messing with us. |

As per your
last basic pay your pension from 1/1/2016 as Rs.17,700/- plus applicable D.R.
upto your life time, After that your wife/dependents will get family pension
of Rs.10,620/- upto their life time as per the conditions.

not on 1/7/19 increment day after joining date (10/7/19) you will get
increment on that month as a pro-rate of increment, next month you will get
full increment.
