If you got the CCL for reasons of child sick you
should get the medical certificates, if you are in covered CGHS you give the
prescription from dispensary is enough.

She was at the age 57 might have been expired.
Commutation amount is given from the pension amount those who are after
retirement, if she expired it is not given. You got enhanced Pension also
full amount until her age of 67 years, after that until your life time you
will get 60% of pension as family pension. It you are attaining the age 80
years you will get in additional of 20% of family pension.

My basic pay is Rs. 9260 as on 01-01-2016. My
previous basic pay is Rs. 8990. My 7cpc basic pay is fixed at Rs. 23800 on
01-01-2016.
On the other hand, My junior staff basic pay is Rs. 8990 as on 01-01-2016. His 7cpc basic pay is fixed at Rs. 23800. I am senior from him i.e. 3% increment advance from my junior staff who is working in the same grade pay 1900 and same designation.
As per Page No. 3, Para 9 (i) DOE, GOI O.M. No.
1-6/2016-IC/E-IIIA, dated 7th February, 2019
Where consequent upon fixation of pay in terms of Rule 7 (1) (A)(i) of the CCS (RP) Rules, 2016, two different pay drawn in the pay structure obtaining immediately before 1.1.2016, which were separated by one another by 3% of the previous stage, are fixed at the same cell of the applicable Level of the Pay Matrix effective from 1.1.2016, then the benefit of bunching by way of one additional increment as on 1.1.2016 shall be admissible in respect of the pay which is more than 3% of the previous pay,
My questions : May I applicable to get bunching
benefit Rs. 24500 instead of Rs. 23800?

I am working as clerk. My 6cpc basic pay is Rs. 9260
(pb 7360 + gp 1900) as on 01-01-2016. My revised pay fixation is 23800 on
01-01-2016.
On the other hand my junior staff whose basic pay is Rs. 8990 as on 01-01-2016. His revised pay fixation is Rs. 23800 which is the the same of my revised pay fixation. My 6cpc basic pay is more than 3% from my junior staff ( 8990+3% = Rs. 9260). Rs. 8990 is my previous basic pay as on June 2015. May I get the bunching benefit as per rule. |

Thanks, she expired on 4 4 2009, she was 47, now
that my enhanced family pension is reduced by 40%, am I not entitled for

It seems you are in State Government working under
the rules of 10(a)(I), it is only temporary period employees, so you will not
eligible for this leave, it is treated as daily wages act. More over this
work is for vacation period in that period you are availing it cannot be
sanctioned in my opinion. Are you a permanent employee.

You are not eligible of commutation amount since
your wife was expired, soon you will get the following amounts:-
1) C.G.E.INSURANCE SCHEME AMOUNT. 2) BALANCE OF E.L. ENCASHMENT. 3) PER MONTH ENHANCED PENSION PER MONTH PLUS D.R. UPTO HER AGE OF 67 YEARS AFTERWARDS 60% OF FAMILY PENSION PLUS D.R P.M. until your life time. |

This is to inform you that the bunching order shown
by you is for the GP 8700 in PB-4 of Rs.46100 + 3% = 47490 it was not in pay
of Rs.48,920/- this may noted. Your pay is only Rs.8990/-.

Yes, it is correct. Your pay fixed in 7th CPC from
1/1/2016 as Rs.64,100/- increment is given on 1/7/16 it is normal annual
increment of Rs.67,000/- (not addition increment), then since you have opted
increment on promotion from 1/7/17 pay fixed as Rs.69,000/- from Group A
of PB (15600-39100 in 6TH CPC in GP 6600) (if you have opted from promotion date it will be given to you on 19/2/17) and increment of 1/7/18 as Rs.71,000/-..In the 7th CPC pay fixation next matrix pay changes no addition increment, in the 6th CPC also only GP changes since they are not having pay scales for promotional posts. Since you got the promotion on 1/7/17 your next upgradataion of MACP, basic pay fixation only on your completion of 20/30 years of your service as MATRIX LEVEL CHANGES and pay fixation to next level. In the middle you may get promotion only your designation changes but no monitory benefits. |

October ( after IVF ) It was followed by leave without pay on medical ground
from 23rd October to March 31st. I rejoined on duty on 1st April and

and hardly get any vacation salary. I am 8-month pregnant and planning to

Comment: My father was a Police Sub Inspector working
for Karnataka state who got retired in 2006, We lost him around 3 years back
and from then My mom is getting her family pension of Rs.10800 whcih is less
than pension of a normal Police Constable. I tried getting it clarified from
Treasury office and it was informed to me that she is being paid 7000 Rs,
less. As per the pensioners book it was 5040 Rs. PP, as of 01-07-2005, can
you please check or advise me where can i check these details of what exactly
is the pension amount in todays date.

Reply: No it not as you mentioned. One who joins
after one year only he is eligible to avail, but block years will not change
as the employees joins duty. Block years as now 2018-2021.

benefited from the completion of service, 10 years without any promotion.

Comment: Sir my basic pay as on 01 January 2016 is
Rs. 9260 (7360 + 1900) .
The same had fixed in 7th CPC for Rs. 24500 by giving bunching of stages benefits wef 01 January 2016. My branch office already submitted the application with the DOE, GOI bunching orders. But my head office still not granting one bunching benefits and fixed my pay as on 01 January 2016 as Rs. 23800. Please tell me whether bunching benefits of one increment is applicable in my case or not. |

Moreover it will be sanctioned 3 spells for 2 children and after every 180
days annual increments will be postponed to every next years. Moreover it
will not be sanctioned by the authorities due to the work load of available
staff

dept. After 8 months of duty (without lien) through tech resignation, I
joined another dept at 35400 (level-6) which later retrospectively changed to
level 7. As the effect of retrospection was before my date of increment in
previous dept, am I not eligible for pay protection ? i.e. benefit of
previous increment being carry forwarded in new dept and pay be fixed
accordingly ?

31.12.2015 is 10850 plus GP 2400 total 13250 x 2.57 = 34,052.50 fixed pay on 1.1.2016
as Rs.34,300. If you are not mentioned your promotion details as MACP or
normal promotion due to retirement post or vacant post, if upgradation of
MACP on completion of 10 years it will fixed in GP 2800 not 4200. Mention
your promotion details. If MACP promotion only your pay changes. You may not
get pay revised if 1.6.2017 & 1.7.2018. Clear position may known your pay
as on 1.7.2017, 1.7.18 & 1.7.19.
