Subject: Implementation of Supreme Court's Judgement dated 31.10.2013 in WP (Civil) No. 82/2011 in the matter of Shri. T.S.R. Subramanian & Other v/s UOI & Others- Status- regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department's OM of even no. dated 3.02.2014 and 13.05.2014 on the above subject.

2. As per the directions of the Cabinet Secretary during the meeting held on 18.12.2013, Joint Secretary (Establishment) in this Department held a series of meetings with the designated Nodal Officers the Ministries! Departments wherein the Nodal Officers were apprised of the above said direction and the steps required to be taken. The Cadre Controlling Authorities were also requested to accordingly place the policies in respect of Groups A, B and C officers, so framed or existing, in the public domain and send a copy of the same for records of DoP&T. It was also informed that a status report would be submitted to the Cabinet Secretariat vide OM of even no. dated 3.02.2014 and 13.05.2014.

3. The status of implementation has been received from most Cadres Controlling Authorities (Ministries! Departments). Based on the comments! inputs received, a report on the status of implementation of the decisions taken in the meeting held on 1 8. 1 2.201 3 is at enclosed for information (Annexure-1). A list of Ministries! Departments who have specified that they are not Cadre Controlling Authorities for any civil service is at Annexure-II. The Ministries! Departments who have not yet complied with the directions are being reminded.

Revised Pay Scale from 1.7.2017 for Karnataka Govt Employees Check Your Revised Pension / Family Pension as on 1.7.2017 REVISED SCALES OF PAY:  The existing scales of pay are revised as specified below:-  DATE OF EFFECT: The revised scales of pay shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st July 2017.
