Who can administer injections to the patient?


Injections should be administered only by trained and qualified Nurses or by the doctor but not by any other member of the staff.

Intravenous injections and the first injection of penicillin must be given by the Medical Officer with his own hands at all times.

The monetary benefit of the revised scales of pay shall be admissible from 1st April 2018.
