The VII CPC REPORT IS ON THE TABLE OF THE GOI...NOW , IT is for THE GOI TO DO WHAT THEY want? My views expressed can be read in MY ARTICLE..." EMPLOEES, DEFENCE PERSONNEL AND THE HOME MINISTRY???FOR EXAMPLE...FOR DSC, IT RECOMMENDED FOR 8/16/24 MACP... WHILE FOR OTHERS IT REMAINED AS ,10/20/30??? THIS CAN BE MADE AS 8/16/24/30!!!! THE PRESENT DoP& T OMs on ACP/ MACP IS MOSTLY USEFUL AND CAN BE APPLIED UNDER HODs/ MINISTRY CHOICE,,, DIFFERENT PARAS CAN BE APPLIED DIFFERENTLY AS PER THEIR CHOICE???
FOR EXAMPLE...IN RAILWAYS...RPF..SAY ..ONE INSPECTOR WHO REFUSES PROMOTION TWICE, FORCASC, GROUP..A..POST, AND REMAINED AS INSPECTOR TILL RETIREMENT IN GRADE PAY OF Rs.5400/-/ ACP IS GIVEN GROUP.A. CDRE GRADE PAY OF Rs.6600/-; WHILE SOME ADHOC ASCs given Grade pay of Rs.6600/- under zMACP!!! CAN RAILWAY BOARD,DG,RPF SAY THEY RECEIVED FINANCIAL COMMSR. APPROVAL, SANCTION AND REFERRED TO FC OR NOT??
AGAIN, SOME INSPECTORS IN GRADE PAY OF Rs.4600/- given Rs.4800/- and not grade pay of Rs. 5400/- as per RPF SCALES/ GRADE PAYS, THERE IS NO GRADE PAY OF Rs.4800/- in RPF , BUT THE SAME..Rs5400/- under MACP.. TWO TYPES OF FORMULAE APPLIED IN RPF???THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN READ AND INTERPREATE AS PER YOUR CHOICE IN RPF???
GOOD NEWS THAT THE HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT GIVEN STAY ORDER IN ACP/ MACP ISSUE???

Revised Pay Scale from 1.7.2017 for Karnataka Govt Employees Check Your Revised Pension / Family Pension as on 1.7.2017 REVISED SCALES OF PAY:  The existing scales of pay are revised as specified below:-  DATE OF EFFECT: The revised scales of pay shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st July 2017. The monetary benefit of the revised scales of pay shall be admissible from 1st April 2018.
