One Month!s extension appears to be reasonably genuine.
If government will increase salary of Central Government employees to 30% or 40% in 7th CPC it will be a great achievement of B.J.P. But at the same time they have to think of introducing same percentage of hike in pensions for pensioner but in previous pay commission no such enhancement made to pensioner I hope Mr.Modhi being aged person can understand the difficulties of pensioner and same formula will be adopted in hike of pay and pension.
Since D.A percentage increased to 100% w.e.f. 1/1/2014 it is far better to effect 7th CPC with effect from 1/1/2014 so that persons retired from 1/1/2014 to 31/12/2015 will be getting benefit as they are suppose to get it. However 7th CPC proposed to effect 7th C.P.C from July month as it is a increment month for every employees. As per previous system it is suppose to effect pay commission w.e.f. 1/1/2016 but as per proposal of 7th central pay commission introducing the same in the month of July means either government has to effect the pay commission either from 1st July 2014 or at least from 1st July 2015.I hope government will consider this matter while implementing 7th CPC

No such hope. Govt would like to implement 7 cpc in April 2016.with maximum cut of benifits of 7 cpc. Coz Govt is running out of funds.Defence services retirees are also to be satisfied.Every one is demanding here.No one pay tax happily. Where from money Would come.Working for nation is the job of rare persons.Millions of count men are without job. We get much more than these poor. We should donate our extra penny to the CFI.
donot be in dreams that BJP willdo wonderes for CG employees and penssioneers. The govt.is certainly pro cpatilists and anty employee.Modi is certainly going to ditch the emplyee comunity for which he will certainly pay the penality
