Does anybody know the instructions of DoP&T with regard to the entitlements of various officers (like officers of the equivalent ranks of Under Secretary to Govt. of India, Dy. Secretary to Govt. of India, Director, Joint Secretary to Govt. of India, Addl. Secretary to Govt. of India, etc.) of Non-Secretariat organizations to the stenographic assistance at the levels of Steno Gr.II, Gr. I, Private Secretary, Sr. PS, PPS, etc.

A PIL should be filed to stop all the Cadre Review Proposals of all Central Services unless the issue of parity of Non Sectt Servicve Stenographers is done. Since they are sitting in one place and create a ruckus they are pampered everytime after the Pay Commission Recommendations by appointing committees of Secretaries. This is illegal and only the Expert Bodies should decide these issues.
