Dopt orders on review of Model RRs for the Storekeeping staff category of posts

Subject : Review of Model RRs for the Storekeeping staff category of posts.

The Model RRs for the Storekeeping staff category of posts issued in this Department OM No. AB-14017/41/87-Estt. (RR) dated 23.3.1987 have been reviewed in the light of 6th CPC recommendations on revision of pay scales, instructions issued by this Department, etc. Accordingly, the revised Model Recruitment Rules for the same are enclosed as Annexure to this Office Memorandum.

2. Ministries / Departments may review the existing recruitment rules and notify the revised rules conforming to the Model Recruitment Rules. These may also be forwarded to all autonomous/ statutory bodies for adoption. The Ministry of Home Affairs is also requested to forward these Model RRs to the UT Administrations for appropriate action.

DoP&T is issuing OMs concerning to all categories, but I earnestly request that the DoP&T to reiterate the OM 22011/4/98-Estt.(D) dated 12-10-1998 . This OM is being sidelined and misinterpreted by the Ministry of Railways,Railway Board, RPF Directorate wherein the RPF dropping the names of the retirees from the DPCs Lists and issuing NOtifications only on the point that at the time of DPC held in later years the RPF Officer was not in service and his name dropped from the DPC's Notification Lists since retired on the date of DPCs , This is against the Principles of Natural Justice, FR309, and the DoP&T IN cuted above.KIndly intervene and set right the matter and restore FRs, let the retired RPF Pensioner Officials also get Pension at par with his junior. TQ.

Revised Pay Scale from 1.7.2017 for Karnataka Govt Employees Check Your Revised Pension / Family Pension as on 1.7.2017 REVISED SCALES OF PAY:  The existing scales of pay are revised as specified below:-  DATE OF EFFECT: The revised scales of pay shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st July 2017. The monetary benefit of the revised scales of pay shall be admissible from 1st April 2018.
