What about other cities? In Pune we don't have credible CGHS diagnostic center.i.e very filthy environments,no water, electricity in
toilets and even the report given is sketchy, without important parameters

In the whole of Kerala state, CGHS has dispensaries in Thiruvananthapuram only. Though Thiruvananthapuram is the capital of Kerala, it is situated in southern-most part of Kerala and pensioners from other parts of the state (norther districts are more than 500 kms away.)Since medicines are nowadays given for one month only, pensioners from other parts of the State have to visit Thiruvananthapuram every month if they are chronic patients. It amounts to human rights violation !!!

No Hospital is authorized in Chandrapur City Maharashtra. What can be done by the people of Chandrapur? Chandrapur Super Thermal Power Station is Asia's largest thermal power station. Also, it is known for city of black gold i.e. for coal production. Hence there is so much pollution, but CGHS facility can not be availed.

Yes what about other cities particularly in Kerala.. Only two dispensaries are available for the whole kerala that too in the extreme southern end. This absolutely a discrimination particularly under the regime of the new govt.

IN RAILWAYS THERE ARE HOSPITALS WIHOUT MEDICINES AND POWERS. UNABLE TO SEND OUT SIDE FOR TREATMENT UNLESS THE DECEASE IS INCREASED AND GOING TO DIE, AT THAT TIME DOCTORS ARE WAKEUP AND SENDING. MANY RAILWAY EMPLOYEES ARE NOT GETTING EFFECTIVE TREATMENT DUE TO WHICH THE DECEASES ARE INCREASING BECOMING LONG SICK. HENCE IT IS REQUESTED THE HIGHER AUTHORITY TO ISSUE CASHLESS HEALTH INSURANCE CARDS TO EACH RAILWAY EMPLOYEE AND THEIR DEPENDENTS AS PER PASS RULES, AND MAY BE PERMITTED TO GO AUTHORISED CORPORATE HOSPITALS WHICH WERE NEAR TO HIM FOR EFFECTIVE TREATMENT. MAKE THE RAILWAY EMPLOYEES HAPPY AND TENSION FREE ON ACCOUNT OF MEDICAL TREATMENTS SO THAT THESE EMPLOYEES WILL IMPROVE THEIR EFFICIENCY FURTHER. PL KINDLY DO NEED FULL. AT PRESENT THE RAILWAY HOSPITALS ARE NOT HAVING LATEST EQUIPEMTS OR LATEST KNOWLDEGE ON VARIOUS DECEASES, DOCTORS WILL DO PRACTICALS ON THE PATIENTS WHEN THE DECEASE INCREASES THEY ARE DIRECTING TO CORPORATE HOSPITALS FOR TREATMENT, AT CORPORATE HOSPITALS THE DOCTORS CLAIMS IT IS LATE OR TOO LATE GOD ONLY SAVES AND THEY WILL DO THERE LEVEL BEST. AS SUCH MANY PEOPLE OR LOOSING THEIR LIVES.
THX PL UNDERSTAND DEEPLY AND DO SOME THING HLEP FOR THE POOR RAILWAY EMPLOYEES
