A new website for National Council JCM Staff Side

A new website for National Council JCM Staff Side

The National Council Joint Consultative Machinery was formulated in order to present the demands of the central government employees to the Government and successfully negotiate with them to ensure their implementation.

Due to the efforts of the organization’s current Secretary, Mr. Siva Gopal Mishra, an exclusive official website for the employees of the National Council JCM Staff Side was launched. Although the website was launched last year, it has only now started gaining popularity among employees.

Creation of such official websites greatly diminishes the possibilities of rumours. These websites enable the dissemination of information to millions of employees in a very short time. It is also possible now for the employees to give their feedback on the news articles and latest developments, and share them with the rest of the world.

There is no doubt that these initiatives of the National Council JCM, to keep its members updated on its various activities via the internet, would receive tremendous response from one and all.

Will Modi Government Implement PRIS?

respected sir,
with due respect, i beg to say that in lower grade staff are facing too much financial crisis due to long time or promotion period i.e. 10 years of long period does n't mean. in society peoples knows only on promotion not with m.a.c.p. instead of this many state govts. employees got promotion with time bound. in i.c.a.r. system technical and scientific staff getting promotion in every 5 years of completion of service. it is also mentioned here that no body getting pain for lower staff. who is already facing monetary crisis and feeling unwell

senior supervisor working in railways who got promotions in the functional posts between 1st january 2006 to the date of implementation of the revised pay structure and who's pay has been merged in the revised pay structure with the lower grade have been denied fixation benefit in revised pay structure. this aspect has been simply ignored by the JCM and the trade unions as well. it is sheer injustice to the senior supervisor who are already retired and those who are at the verge of retirement.
