It seems that Govt. is not serious about the Armed forces. Time and again Govt. shows negligent over the feelings and practibility of difficulties of Defence personnel. It is the right time to raise our voice on our genuine demands. Let all be united and do fight for our rights.

Sir,
Personnel of General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF) under Border Roads Organisation Governed by both CCS Rules & Army Act, resulted they are deprived their legitimate dues from both end due to applicability of both rules in the Deptt. 6th CPC recommended and accepted by the Govt for framing a separate rule for GREF but the same not yet been implemented. Due to this lacuna, there is no hope for any improvement in the salary and service conditions of GREF personnel even implementation of 7th CPC. This aspects may kindly be looked in to while submitting the recommendations considering the service conditions of GREF employees working in extreme border/insurgency prone areas of the Nation and fighting for life with natural calamities also.
