7th PAY COMMISSION DATE : 7th Pay Commission Date for implementation

7th PAY COMMISSION DATE : 7th Pay Commission Date for implementation

Till this moment, the oral announcement only made by the Finance Minister to constitute 7th CPC for Central Government employees. There is no further action to constitute the committee for 7th CPC and we cannot say anything about the members of the committee and when it will be constituted.

Thee is no authentic information about the date to constitute the committee for preparing recommendations for 7th CPC. However, the committee will take maximum of 24 months to submit their recommendation report to Indian Government. The implementation of the 7th CPC is likely to be implemented from 1st January, 2016 to all Central government employees.

Not only the Central government employees, all government servants including their family members are keenly watching the news about 7th Central Pay Commission, because the same procedure / recommendations of Central Pay Commission are followed by state government to their employees.
Revision of pay has been implemented by the government once in ten years through the pay commissions and an employee can get a maximum of three pay hike in entire service. So, it is very excited to know the details of modifications in all the respect of pay.

In the view of above scenario, so many questions and doubts are raising among the Central government employees…

Shri Shanmugam claiming hiself as President of IRTSA is a chumcha of NFIR, he was holding post in the NFIR. Now the central govt has categorically said that defence employees will have a seperatre commission, I dont no whether he is aware of the development, but he is suggesting that one Personnel from Defence /Railways at the board level should be nominated. Poor shanmugam, you are doing tour business and you are retired why misguide the poor railway employees who were already cheated by NFIR and AIRF.

1)child care leave: Those male exployess who lost their wife shall be granted CCL to take care of their child's education, medical treatment etc. till their completion of college education.
2) increment: we should not forget the very fact that at present 3% increment is only at the lower levels! for higher levels, it is exorbitantly higher! Justice should be done in the next commission: 10% increment for Group B, C and A and 5% for HAG
3)CCA was abolished and new concept of Trprt allowance introduced. Taking into accnt the Govt decision that price hike of petrol, diesel can be decided by oil companies and the practical monthly twice/thrice increase in petro prices, whenever petrol diesel price is increased, 10% of trprt allowance should be increased (plus applicable DA)to meet the price hike.
4)Pensioners should be given transport allowance.

defence part of it, pay should be fixed on skilled basis and should be fixed at par with civilian grade, because defense is downgraded since 3 decades, plus 15 to 20% difference should be hike in pay structure like other countries. Especially group 'X' sergeant of indian air force to be looked after who are the backbone of IAF who works in costly airborne and ground equipments.

All the cg employees are actively giving their suggestions, but there is one neglected section in India, that is PBOR in defence.they do not have any unions to represent their grives. They only have to accept the pay what ever is declared or what ever is suggested by their officers.7 th cpc should directly contact with the pbor and must take their working conditions in to consideration. And they are only the people who have to leave the service at middle age i.e 32-45.This pay commission should also consider their resettlement options post retirement
