Applications and Fee
All employees desiring to obtain information under this Act are requested to give their request in writing or through electronic means in English or Hindi accompanied with the fee as given below:

Mode of Payment:
• Only in cash or Demand Draft or Banker cheque or Indian Postal Order, payable to Section Officer, Banking Division.
• Application not accompanied with the prescribed fee and in the prescribed mode shall not be accepted.
