I have joined centeral govt service after 01.01.2006. My departement has ginve me 4600 gradepay. But they didnt apply Section-2 to fix my basic pay. I have been fixed as (5500 * 1.86 + 4600 = 14830 ) instead of entry pay 17140 as per section-2. Pls guide me where can I compain for this.//
Mr. Girish, first you ask for a speaking order in respect of pay fixed. Then under RTI, you can get clarification from Dept. of Expenditure (Implementation cell). Based on the reply, you can very well go back to the authorities for correct fixation.
it must be there.
soon DA will reach 50%
