Dear Sir,
I am joined on the baisc of Rs.5100/- (open ended) in August, 2001. When the vacancy was posted before pay revision it is as Rs.2600/- and after revision it becomes as Rs.5700/- but we are offered to join at Rs.5100/-.

We have joined the organisation in 2001, but we do not about this anomaly at that time.

When we know about this anomaly, we put the case to managment but they refused about this.

Kindly suggest for solution to get the actual grade scale.

There is also a post of Dy.Manager in the same pay scale of Rs. 5500/- appointed for Light & Sound Programme with minimum qualification as B.E.
Now the Department has granted grade pay of Rs. 4600/- to Dy.Manager on the basis of his B.E qualification and Managers are left with grade pay of Rs. 4200/-
Kindly clarifiy wheather Dy.Manager in Tourism department with B.E degree is eligable for the grade pay of Rs. 4600/- as per the 6th CPC and if not who is responsible and what action to be taken.
