07-2-2019 reg bunching.
Sir, my revised basic pay as on 1-1-2016 was fixed at Rs1,23,100 at Cell1 of level 13, My Basic pay +GP as on that date totals Rs 47,490.Therefore as per the OM cited above on page3 my basic after bunching should be fixed at Rs 1,26800. The said OM in fact specifically quotes the example of pay at Rs 47490, which is my case.I hope I am right. Kindly comment. Thanking you. |

This is to inform you that it has so many
restrictions are there 1) It may not be granted in more than three spells in
a calendar year. 2) It will be given for two children in full service. upto
the eighteenth years of child.
3) More over after maternity leave it will be given continues with the medical certificates of the child’s heath from CHGS/Doctors will not give continues certificate if the condition of child is more sevior. 4) The Controlling Officer/Head of the Department may not sanction due to the condition of Office staff position.. 5) After the Maternity leave in CCL period of 180 days increment will be postponed to next year only. In any one of the condition it will not be taken/sanctioned by the individual/Officer or continues leave in first 365 days. So your question does not arise to is purview. In view of this there’s no orders to deduction of 20% of salary after 365 days. |

Reference my Question dated 13-05-2019 at 1155 a.m. I recd. the repy FR & SR Rules- What says Rules regarding increment. In para 3 of the Rule.
“”The officiating service in a higher grade shall
count for increments in an officer and other eimployee’s substantive grade as
well as in the higher grade in which he is officiating”.
I am in substantive post as UDC from 01-07-2010 to
17-02-2011 with Grade Pay Rs. 2800 and officiating as Adhoc ASO from
18-02-2011 to 30-06-2011. with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- Am I eligible for annual
increment on 01-07-2011, if yes, than which Grade Pay ?

Sir, I am working in central govt. covered under
automous body. My MACP date is 13.09.2017 and 7th pay commission come into
effect w.e.f. 01.01.2016 and notification issued on 25 -27.07.2016. As per FR
(22) (i) rule i would like to opt my option w.e.f. 13.09.2017 but my office’s
officials are not granting the benefit of MACP means not allowing me for
opting my benefit w.w.f. 13.09.2017 resulting in the loss of one increment
for me.

This is to inform that now your qualifying service
required is only 10 years. Now previous rules was abolished (weight age)..
You will get the pensioner benefits :- 1) 50% of your last basic pay with
D.R. from taking month of V.R.S./Retirement. 2) Encasement of Leave balance
amount. 3) C.E.G.INSURANCE SCHEME., 4) If you are commuting your pension
(limit 40%). COMMUTATION of pension amount. 4) Settlement of your home town
transfer grant if your settling your declared Home Town. 5) Gratuity as per
your service & age.

As per the 6th CPC onwards there is no pay scales
for the post so only given next grade pay. In the 7th CPC that was stopped
and fixed in Matrix Level. In promotion/upgradadations of MACP also it will
be given advance increment from that day or from July as per their option, no
addition increment will be given. & designation change higher from that
day of promotion or from July as required. In the 7th CPC the next year July
only given in next higher Matrix Level.
For your cases what has office done is correct. |

Pension is given as per the last basic pay only in
50% of amount and for that amount he/she will get as Dearness Relief from
1/1/2019 it is 12%. No other rules for inclusion of basic pay with D.A. in
service. In the Pay Commission the D.A/D/R merged with basic pay/Pension

My appointment date is w.e.f 03/01/2011 ,1st &2nd
being sat and sun weekly off my Government Institute have not given me

As per govt letter dated 13/03/2009 it is clarified that those who are not able to join on 1st jan due to holiday or gazetted holiday govt servant who joins service on 1st working day of the year will be treated to have completed 6 month of service on the 1st July granting them annual Increment on that day |

conducting exam for promotion for which cruicial date of eligibility is five
years as on 01.04.2016. SO my service is 5 yrs and 4 days and i am eligible

I hv adhoc promoted as ASO on 18-02-2011. I got only
differnce of GP 4600. not 3% increment as I got macp of Rs.. 2800/- in 2008
from 2400 To 2800.thereafter i hv not given the increment in July, 2011. I hv
given the annual increment in July, 2012 after July, 2010.Thereafter I got
promoted regular ASO in continuation of adhoc ASO without any break, that
time I hv not given any option to fixation of pay. Thereafter as per DOPT
order I have fixed Rs. 12540 + GP 4600 on 18-02-2011. and not given annual
increment which is due on July, 2011.. Please suggest they have not given
annual increment in July 2011 is correct or not. What is my entitlement..

I have completed 16years of service in an autonomous
institute under central govt in Group B post and then through proper channel
applied to another autonomous institute in group A post after giving
technical resignation. However, my parent institute is only giving me pension
and denying the D.A. There is an order of the dopt stating that the person of
group B post is eligible for pension + D.A if he joins another dept on
technical resignation even though in the new institute he is getting the D.A.
Can you say if this is true and share the relevant orders on the same.

So much development is in progress but after 3 to 5
years software instruments are needed to throw for small items like laptop
charger or it’s small charging pin.Laptops battery.Reason is that now new
production is started.Old one’s production is stopped.I am having old
refrigerator of 12 to 15 years old .can repair if fails.What is so high
technique that a small laptop cannot be repaired on local basis. If there is
monopoly of foreign companies can we not prepare such things locally.Such
case must be studied and resolved.
